Looks like they no longer force you to get ambient lighting for vernasca.

For ref, with three XPEL dealers thus far, the average has been ~ $7k full vehicle, ~$2.8k Track pack, each within a couple hundred of each other. |

Yeah, I experienced similar numbers here in the Bay Area when looking at mine. I determined it was not worth it to get PPF at those prices, since I could hold onto that money for 5-10 years and pay for touchups/blends in the future instead. |

My exact same build is $350 more this year ($74,170 vs $73,820) compared to 2024. |

Also noticed they force red calipers for the MT, which seems like an extremely odd decision to make because (unlike the black trim, which has a different shape for the MT) there's really no reason to do that.
It's also weird to lock the 18" wheels out, should be available for those that want them even without "getting the $600 back". |

Unrelated, but damn, that’s a sexy car, never heard of it!!! Granted I’d never set foot in one even as a passenger, but still hot as heck! (Spent my first couple decades in LE, civilian, but on a night out with one of my troops had a wreck involving an Elise, and what I saw when we arrived, after losing my dinner, I swore I could never be in something so small, light & fragile. Driver wasn’t at fault, but no doubt it didn’t help his family deal with what they had too). Ugh, been in my thankfully brief share of wrecks, luckily no-fault, but the other bozos on the road terrify me at times. Was an admitted issue I had to overcome before purchasing the Z4 in the land of ‘overcompensation 1-ton duallies’ which never even see a construction site nor tow…..and live in an apt complex, lol, ugh.

Seriously, glad to hear yours works for you. Due to my experience with it I wouldn’t pay to have the feature. Plus it adds weight! . Maybe you can cash in when the PR folks from Munich see this and ask you to be the global spokesman for the virtues of the wireless phone charger!! |

Ha! Thank you! I was still checking every other day, so I pulled the website up tonight to check on it and couldn’t believe my eyes. So I came over here to let everyone know but was 12 hours too late to the party.

High gloss black is not the same as Piano black. That was the lovest grade trim on my e46 320i 20 years ago. I suspect Vernasca is crap too. Like Dakota, no? Step below Nappa, two steps below Merino, that g80 gets standard. And no 18" wheel option, which, again, is standard on g80.
