Good to know. Down South, it snows maybe once every 10 years and only a 1/4 to 1/2 in at that.

I didn't think it was too bad, 4 17' BMW rims & 4 runflat snows including tmps, balancing and mounting. for $1,750 tirerack didn't have any 17"s that would fit, also tire replacement in the future is a lot cheaper for 17" than 18" or 19" especially if I don't go with the rfts although I see the price has increased to $1,927 now but I think still worth it.

Depends on your usage need (if only skiing in Alps once every 4 years not worth)
