If you don't want to read it don't.
I love this car so far, but I honestly just assumed the seat would fold forward to have access to the storage area behind my seat. And the fact that it doesn't is an honestly very inconvenient thing for my life as this is my daily driver. I readily admit to being somewhat OCD and my thoughts may not be relevant to anyone else. BEAR - If you want this to be like Tesla forums where anyone who has anything negative to say gets drummed out, then keep posting crap like that. I read pages and pages in this forum before I bought this car and still this thing came as a surprise to me, so I figured maybe someone else might make the same wrong assumption and posted my thoughts. If you think that makes me dumb then have a great day and goodbye. |

What I was talking about is I can just sit my phone down on the charger and the car will then start, so if my backpack with the keys in it is in the trunk (as I've started trying) then I can still start the car. I don't open the phone app or anything, just take it out of my pocket and sit it on the charger pad. |

I’ll admit that I was also suprised the seat didn’t have a fold forward latch or lever. Makes it a bit tricky to find something that has fallen under the seat (in our case a pair of sunglasses in a sunglass case) and also to clean back there… although of course waiting patiently while the seat moves forward is an option, still a bit tricky. The daily hiding of a bag would be a pain unless you could keep the passenger seat moved forward 100% of the time. If it were me I’d probably get a different bag that did fit and/or stick it behind the driver seat when I got in (the netting part).

You can also honk the horn which I have done several times to scare people getting too close to my car!
