You are correct with the weight difference. I watched a YouTube video that detailed the difference as 700 lbs. The reviewer has since corrected his error- thanks.

And this is this guy's first post on Bimmerpost!

Careful, as a Canadian, you're getting awfully close to being really rude!

Supra reviews are up. Looks like embargo finished.

So far Toyota tuned BMW very well. Much better than BMW did.

The only back to back comparison I’ve seen doesn’t suggest that one is much better than the other. They sound very close, with bmw winning on steering and refinement, Supra winning in playfulness. I’d be tempted to think of them like different trim levels more than completely different cars/experiences.

As a Canadian, I'll apologize for him.

Guys - have you seen how much the Zed4 M40i will cost up here? Just over an eye-popping $99,000 Canadian, after taxes etc. That's enough to make a guy's blood boil, even standing outside in Winnipeg in February (it gets darn cold there - and that's by "we can stand any cold" Canadian standards). I expect that most folks up here will wait for them to come back off a lease and then buy them outright at 1/2 the original MSRP. Or maybe import from the US, if the exchange rate is attractive in 3 or 4 years.

Kindest Canadian regards, eh!

That thing is a lot cooler than I thought it would be.

Reminds me of my old Nannerpuss
