I do not care if the M3 has a 3/10s of an advantage in acceleration or slightly more feedback through the steering. Looking at the M3 does not invoke the same reaction from me compared to the RS5. Audi knows that, and charges accordingly. Even in the reviews where the driver favors the M3, they all have grins on their faces. It's the complete package.

gonna agree with this.

if the RS5 does it for you better than any other car in its price range, more power to you. enjoy yourself.

unless you are worried about tracking your car or something, many of these kinds of acceleration and speed differences won't matter at all and it won't help you sleep better at night if you're apathetic to everything else about the car.

get what excites you within the framework of what you can afford. and drive the hell out of it.
