Any idea how the Giulia QV is selling?

Car had a lot of good reviews but I have yet to see one on the streets. Granted I am not in a big city, but any numbers as to how well the car is selling?

I was oolging over some 4C Spiders at a local Maserati/Alfa dealer a couple days ago and they had a fully loaded top of the line QV on the lot. The thing is gorgeous, I'd take it any day over a comparable BMW for the price.

Read sales were slow.
My gf said she saw a white one at Trader Joe's and it was very nice, I saw a blue one and it was smaller then I expected - very last gen Audi A4 in size.

I'm seeing them. As said, smaller appearence in real life. Not a bad thing.
I'm still hearing one. Yesterday, dark blue with huge exhaust tips went past me going the other way. Tips were so big I saw them in side mirror. Looked straight at exhaust area because it was LOUD.

I sometimes lurk on the Guilia boards. The owners love the car, but there's already complaints of quality issues and gremlins. Still love what they've done in the first year of the model. Will only get better.

I've seen a lot more of them around, 3 just yesterday. Main Line Philadelphia is a pretty good barometer for affluent parts of the country.

I heard the sales picked up a bit in the last few months. They were a bit slow in the beginning, but then again this is the first MY.

I saw one the other day. Wasn't sure what it was, had to do a double take when I saw the Alfa badge.

Watching the reviews could have told you that. I've seen multiple reviews mentioning quality issues experienced during testing.

Haven't you seen the [I believe] Jalopnik or TTAC report a month ago saying it's not selling?

They can't give them away. Motor Trend reported earlier last week that generous lease deals are being offered on them.

I predicted this to the tee. Aside from driving dynamics and styling, the Giulia is a highly-flawed vehicle in very facet. Interior design and fit and finish are mediocre, tech is mediocre, reliability is less than mediocre, poor residuals, etc. I've seen several them in real life (I spend a lot of time in the metro Detroit area) and while they look nice, they are absolutely tiny relative to the German competition; that doesn't help sales either.

Automotive journalists loved the recent Cadillacs too, yet all their sedans are among the Top 10 slowest selling vehicles in America. Journalists don't speak for the consumer.

I've seen a few here in Atlanta including a Ti version at the local weekend car show. Great looking car, but I think I'd wait for a gen 2 to see if they get the bugs worked out even if you could get it cheap due to low sales now. If reviewers are reporting issues with the press cars I'd imagine the cars off the lot are fairing worse.
