Front license plate bracket?
My state requires a front license plate and I don't want to drill into the front end. What did you use for a front plate bracket\options?

I installed the Cravenspeed Platypus which is well made and stout, but it triggered my park sensors, you can see behind where the cover was removed and I prefer the plate to be centered....so I bought the "Stow-a-plate" and it's cheap, plastic and not high quality.....but it may work just fine - I have yet to try the install.....in the meantime; my front plate is in my trunk Dave |

When I bought my 135i when I took it home the dealer asked if I wanted holes drilled in the bumper and the front plate installed.
That didn't sound ideal to me so I asked what most people do. He said they don't bother with the front plate (even though its required in CT) so I told him to throw it in the trunk where its been ever since. Well, I assume its there I haven't actually checked in years. That was 9 years ago and I'm still driving it that way and have not been pulled over or ticketed for it. So if now I get dinged for a $100 fine or whatever I'll just write it off to bad luck. Moral of the story: You probably won't have to worry about it and if you do just call it a $100 lesson.
