Q car BMWs

I have no time for small engined cars done up to look like a snarling M3/4/5/whatever. But I do love subtle but powerful cars and spent almost a year looking for my last BMW; a 335d SE (not M Sport) Touring. I looked just like a 318d and it was ideal.
Then the M135i came out; the kids had got but the amount of kit needed got smaller and I wanted to go back to petrol; not quite as subtle as the 335d but not far off; only the exhausts, subtle wheels and wing mirrors give it away. Ideal and in grey, those extra bits are almost invisible. You can't get more subtle.

Who else much prefers a wolf in sheeps clothing to "all show not much go" cars?

Not sure if I can find one of the 335d (lost a load of pics on photobucket!) but here's the current car in its home country.

I wish we got the 335d wagons in the USA.

I do enjoy subtle yet powerful cars, like the 335d or Chevy SS. They don't really make many of these though.
