I've seen two red ones in Houston, and a white one.

Additionally... a couple more were spotted in my town. An M40i Frozen gray and a Black one.

What I said is I did not notice any difference. Thing to remember the cars have A/C so if there is any heat transferred through the top its not passed on to the passengers.

I would buy the Moonlight @ $250 because it looks better to my eye alone. It seems to be made of a superior fabric that I know will live outdoors for 9 years without showing any wear. An added bonus.

Think the pure black based on almost 3 years use will not last as long. Only matters if the car is a keeper as it will still look good on lease turn in.

Saw this at my office yesterday!! I dint go in often and when I do it isn’t there, but we had an organization lot luck! Was happy to see it. Not so happy to see some rock chips and stuff on this paint. However, it has cerium wheels and I am happy I got to see them in person!! Also cerium trim (which I did like).

You should have left a note on the windshield and started your own local Z4 group.

Regarding the rock chips, a good quality wrap like Xpel Stealth PPF on the front of the car would have prevented them. Frankly, if someone is spending this much money on a car and purchasing it (not a lease) PPF on the front is a wise investment to make.

Agreed. Some people with that color said that getting PPF was making the matte finish do what it was designed to do. If I do trade up to the M40i, I've already decided on the blue and the wife agrees PPF and ceramic is the way to go to protect long term as opposed to risking it otherwise.

FWIW, I did notice a small rock chip on my FGII on the front spoiler - the bottom part on the top below the intake back in September. It's about the size of a small brown ant.

Thinking I'll PPF the front before I accumulate any more, though considering I have 5500 miles it probably happened on one of the few occasions that I had it on an expressway or interstate.

The same thing happened to my Misano Blue baby, I saw a tiny rock chip on the front spoiler after driving a few hundred miles. I freaked out and immediately brought my car in for Xpel PPF. Don't hesitate and get it done ASAP.

WOW, The first time I believe we got a hit on the unicorn. We are about 4 miles north of that interchange. Used to use it going west to test JB4 programs. Made a U turn at Creedmoor for a run back.

Some nice cars. Cobra looks like a classic in the USA colors. Mine is a FFR MkIV

Near as I can figure there are 4 definite Z4's in my area. A Blue like yours, Red & 2 other in Black beside mine. One of the Black ones has an M4 looking set of exhausts that has a great sound.

I know that there is another blue one for sale at the Range Rover dealer in Raleigh. I test drove it before buying mine.

My old cobra was a Midstates. Loved that car! FFR makes a nice kit too. I created their marketing videos back in 2000.

A Rock hit my licesnse plate (STO and GO) so hard it put a dent in it and gouged the bottom lip of the front. I was so mad. lol I still remember how loud it was. Sounded like my car got shot.

I drive like a maniac.... In the canyon roads especially here in Malibu area where there are closed roads that I sneek by. They've been closed for like over a year but no one is working on the roads, no one lives there, no construction equipment, and roads are pristine.

But on regular roads I even use cruise control doing 35 lol and on highways 60
