Stone in my shoe!

Thankfully having followed this forum for a while since I bought my car, I knew how to get the stone out of the brake disc shield. Really awful screaming noise and for once it wasn’t the wife!!
Was on a really gritty road and it was getting louder and louder. A quick stop and reverse sorted it out though.
