Steering Wheel Wobble and Dead Spot

I am having an issue with my steering wheel slightly wobbling (left to right) at lower speeds to around 80 KM/H, after 80 KM/H there is no wobble and steering feels direct. The steering also does not feel direct at all at lower speeds, it feels like there is a dead spot in the middle.

Could this be my thrust/control arms? tie rods?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Anyone know if this sounds like tie rods or control arm?

Could be. Have you looked at them? Can you wiggle the wheel when its up in the air? Can you wiggle the arm when the wheel is up in the air? If yes to any of these questions then they are shot and you should replace them.
