what is the latest daten file for the e90?
are there different datens that are supposed to be used for different years/models? I have a 2006 325i and am using: https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1446938 have been trying to code a few airbag things, but cant seem to get it to work - wondering if its a daten issue |

You only have to have one that is at the ilevel of your current car
or better unless you want to update it. How to find the ilevel use Inpa or Ista D seems like the most direct way. I believe you can read it out of the Instrument Cluster in service mode but I don't have the procedure for that right off the bat. You need and ilevel to daten translation chart to get the daten level for the car. Part of the ista D version number has the daten level encoded in it . https://www.e90post.com/forums/showp...48&postcount=2 Is the car passing all diagnostics currently? |
