Pesky brake light won't go out.
I have an E92 335i and the yellow brake light is illuminated.
I recently purchased the car so I thought I just needed brakes. I changed all 4 rotors, pads and both sensors. I realized that my previous sensors were actually still ok. I also checked the brake fluid. I used Protool to reset front and rear brake counters. After this did not work I suspected a problem with the brake sensor harness, so I used a multimeter to verify a signal was present. Both sensor plugs showed a voltage of +-12.5v. So, I have a signal at the plugs, I have brand new sensors installed, not to mention the old sensors were still ok, and the brake light remains on. What else could it be because I am at a loss.
