Remote Services error with myBMW app
Took delivery today of our 2022 X5 45e. I'm having this issue where sending commands to the vehicle with the app are returning an error. None of the hints in the error message are helpful in this case.
Tried googling but haven't yet found any helpful info. Any one here encountered this before? |

Forgot to mention that the app is showing charging status and locks status. Just won't receive commands I send it.
Specifically trying to send pre conditioning commands and also tried a lock command even though it's already locked. |

My M340i is doing the same thing and the X5 seems to work fine. I would say it is a server issue.

Same problem here with 2022 45e
I took delivery 6 days ago. Sometimes the car receives commands from the app, but it doesn’t at least 1/2 the time. Anyone have suggestions of things I can try? Is there a way to find out of the BMW servers are down?
