Not able to add my car in the app
Hello everyone, i just got delivery yesterday and was trying to add my car to my bmw app. When i click on add a vehicle it asks me for some "additional information" and after that it gives me an error. I can't seem to get past that to add the car. I will leave some pictures attached. I looked for a thread that answered this but didn't find any. Thank you [IMG][/IMG]

Best bet would be to reach out to your CA. My CA configured the car in my app a week prior to be taking delivery.

OP, it takes a day or two after delivery for your vehicle to appear correctly in the MyBMW app. The Performance Center completed the prerequisite step prior to us taking delivery of our M4 last December, so the car was visible in the app on delivery day. Our local dealer's CA completed the ESA upon delivery of our X3 last month, and it wasn't until a day or so later that it appeared in the app. It became visible on my and my spouse's smartphones at the same time (and has ever since). It's nice that we can toggle between vehicles within the app, and all functions (especially remote engine start) work consistently on both vehicles.
