Free oil change before reaching 30k miles

I'm only at just over 27k miles in 3 years. Does anyone know if they will replace the engine oil for free as part of the included maintenance if I haven't reached 30k miles yet? Thanks!

As long as the car says its time for service, otherwise no.

the distance is close enough, so they should, as long as it's a covered service @30k. if it's not, then you're asking them to do extra service which will cost you

i only had 6k miles going in for my 1-year/10k service. they performed the oil change at no cost to me since it's a covered service for this service period

In the US, they'll do an oil service at either 1-year intervals, or when the CBS (condition-based service) indicates it should be done, whichever is earlier as part of the initial service package. The CBS logic looks at time, engine hours, and speed and probably other things to decide when an oil change is required.
