Light sensor coding after new windshield?

Previous owner replaced the windshield on my e91 lci with xenon headlights, and now the headlights never turn off when in auto mode. Tried to reinitialize the sensor with a schwaben scan tool, and no dice. What bmw specific program can I use to try and code them?
