I have this extremely accurate digital gauge sold by BMW. It is their SKU 82-12-1-467-187 and costs about $22. Many dealers have it available in their parts department and several auto web sites also offer it.

I also have this one. I've had it for a few years now, and no issues. 100% would recommend.

I've been using this for years - one of the nice things about it is you attach your air hose to one end and the other end to the valve stem. Lets you easily monitor and adjust tire pressure with everything hooked up. I am sure there must be other quality brands out there that work similarly.

Last Fall I bought some cheap digital gauges to put in each of my cars. While they were convenient, easy to throw in the glove compartment, and handy in the dark, what I discovered this Winter is that they cease to operate when very cold.
I ended up replacing them with these reasonably cheap, but hopefully sturdy, mechanical gauges. I haven't gone through a full Winter with them, but I'm optimistic that they'll do fine and I'm otherwise very happy with them: https://www.amazon.com/JACO-Deluxe-T...dp/B00PQWN5DQ/ Last edited by SunInMyEyes; 03-28-2025 at 12:05 PM.. |

I have a JACO one too. Works nicely, and never has a low battery when I need it. The pressure release valve is also a nice addition.
99% of the time though, I just rely on what the car says, or on the PSI gauge in my Ryobi inflator (which I use to top it off in the first place). |
