New 335i owner -- 1st post

Greetings all. New 335i owner here.

After a great 5-year run, I traded in my beloved 2005 Nissan 350Z for a 2008 BMW 335i//Black on Black//Sport Package, Premium Package, Logic7 Sound. The car has 8K miles and is in pristine condition.

The car drives beautifully, but there is a bit more lag than I think there should be. I've read about the software "upgrades" and will be checking further into that.

For the short term, I'll probably begin the mods (which I plan to keep to a minimum) with a low-key trunk spoiler, maybe the M3 design. I'd like the car to have a slightly more aggressive look, something more in keeping with its driving character.

Just over $35K. I'd been looking for more than 3 months, comparing prices, options, model years, mileage, etc. and this was the best deal I found.

Not cheap, but a fair price for a CPO car.

Now I'm just praying for a reasonable level of reliability.

Nice...i got my 08' from rusnak too back in September. It had 7k on it and i paid quite a bit more than you did...depreciation after just 3 months was amazing. Same car basically, but i went for the 6MT after 2 months of searching for one in SoCal..
