what parts in a full suspension mod?

If I wanted to look for lightly used ZSP suspension components for my non-ZSP E90 ('09), what items, besides obviously struts and springs, would I need to replace to make the car as if it came from the factory with ZSP?

Thanks,
Howard

If you order quickly enough Tischer is selling the "old" BMW performance suspension kit for $133+$50 for shipping. It includes shocks, struts and misc mounting hardware. You will also need ZSP or BMW performance springs.

As far as i know know thats really going to be it. The Tischer deal looks like a clearance so you better get it before its gone. And please Search. This topic has been covered A LOT.

Ok, thanks. The tischer page lists the items the package comes with: front and rear struts, shocks, spring pads, bump stops, protection tubes, stabilizer bushings, and misc. mounting hardware.

Problem with this kit for me is that my non-ZSP requires stabilizers and springs at a Tischer price of $725 which brings it not too far away from the *new* performance suspension.

Anyway, thanks again.

thread resuscitation - original question was what parts aside from the obvious - struts and springs - would I need to replace to go from factory non-sport to factory sport suspension?

-OR-

is it ok to *just* replace struts and springs, not worry about any other parts and get the immediate benefits of ZSP with no down side?

Thanks,
Howard

ZSP also has stiffer, thicker sway bars
when I upgraded my suspension from non sport, I put in ZSP shocks, H&R sport springs, and ZSP sway bars, and it handles pretty well no
Eventually, I plan on upgrading the shocks to koni yellows, and maybe getting even better sway bars, H&R sways most likely

Ok, I did a little more leg work. realoem HERE does show different p/n's for non sport and 'm-sport' stabilizer bar, BUT they both say 26.5mm which I assume to be the diameter. If so, what else is the difference?

Rear stabilizer on realoem makes no distinction between sport/non-sport.

Also item 11 HERE, "additional shock absorber" has a different p/n for sport and non-sport. Anyone know why and how important it is?

Thanks,
Howard
