I would say no more then $400 with labor included. H&R sport or race springs are around $220 for a set of four. I don't think it will cost that much to install them. I'm going with FSD shocks and Eibach springs. **********s has a deal for the springs and shocks for $849. It would be better to replace both at the same time. Lowering springs will kill your stock shocks fast. It would be double labor to have to replace the stock shocks at a later time if you just replace springs.

Rode on oem sport suspension and HR sport shocks over 50k no prob.
Also Koni yellows and HR springs pair up well. U can search the forum for reviews.

running on koni FSD/pro-kits and i love it.
did it myself after picking up the shocks/springs for around $600 on the forums.

If you want to go low and still have any kind of ride quality the only option is coilovers. They'll let you go lower than any springs I'm aware of and the ride is good even when slammed. If you're on a budget I have a set of barely used coilovers for sale here:

Got FK coils for 950, installed with a friend. I did find a good local installer can do the job for $250. I think he will charge less for only spring installation.
