Coding Off Auto Dimming
Has anyone had any success coding this off. Seems like mine was coded off successfully last night but the next day I noticed it went dark again. I have 5% tint so all I can see in the rearview mirror are headlights and when it worked last night it was much clearer but for some reason now it's back to dimming. I have a 2010 E90.

I have mine turned off for the same exact reasons. For me I changed ASP_ELEKTROCHROM
in FRM3 from aktiv to nicht_aktiv |

So I had my guy go back to disable auto dim and when he pulled up the files the auto dim was enabled so he disabled it. A week goes by and I find that the rearview mirror is auto dimming again. My side mirrors aren't dimming. Could it be that the side mirrors and rear view are two different settings or could it be that the auto dimming renabled itself again? One thing is for certain, my side mirrors don't auto dim and putting my hand to block the front sensor turns he dimming off.
